How long does a systems assessment take?
An initial review of a small or medium-sized business typically takes one to two weeks, depending on the number of systems and users. The output is a risk report and a prioritised improvement plan.
Does consulting mean having to change suppliers?
No. We always start from what is already in place. We recommend replacing something only when the cost of keeping it is clearly higher than the cost of changing, and the decision always rests with the client.
